[Targnum-editing] the docs with unknown translators

I edited the two documents with an unknown translator
it was a very tight editing.

the free-doc.html had two translations, one of them quite bad ( highly 
assumptious translating, misunderstandings, and additions that not always 
existed on the source), and the other a bit better, but old enough not to 
include some parts of today's version of the document.

free-software-for-freedom.he.html on the other hand was a good translation 
(although it needed some refinements).

The two documents, a translation of philosophy.html (this one should be 
revised) and an updated TarGNUm page are included in the gzip file.

Dov, if you get the time, put these (and the other edited docs) online.
