[GNU-traductores] About server/mirror.es.html

Hello Spanish translators,

Several mirrors have been added recently to the list in
server/mirror.html, some of which maintained by CEDIA, in Ecuador. The
CEDIA maintainer looked at the list, and didn't find his mirrors. Of
course, he was reading the Spanish translation (RT #1259557).

Would you be kind enough to update the page for him?  Thanks in advance.
