Log message:
        Kongoni is no longer endorsed, for now.
        
        Kongoni got a new maintainer who seems unaware of our distro
        guidelines: he recently added Flash and nonfree Radeon drivers to a
        Release Candidate.  Per discussion with johns, we're removing it for
        now.  I'll be mailing the new maintainer to see if we can get them
        back on track.
