I just had an issue with saving cookies wherein the response header had some 
cookies, but not all were actually saved to disk using `--save-cookies`. Even 
when I had `--keep-session-cookies` enabled. Not entirely sure where the 
problem lies, but I think the session cookies were skipped. Need to look into 
it.
