Just slightly reformatted/amended the docs, added two examples. Please have a 
look.

What we forgot: how to include/exclude a directory with a comma inside the name 
:-)

We should use an escape char, e.g. `\`. That means a `\` will be escaped as 
`\\` and `,` as `\,`.

Are you going to implement it and add a test ?
