Details:

change to a buffer with new messages and type:

/window scroll_unread

now type:
/window scroll + 1

till last line will be reached.
If you type "/window scroll +1" once more WeeChat will display
the last page of buffer. One more "/window scroll +1" WeeChat
jumps to first line of buffer
