Details:

Possible steps to reproduce:
* Open linux terminal (like ctrl+alt+F1)
* Write this to irc.conf: freenode.nicks = "`ъ,`ъ_"
* LANG=''
* Start weechat.
* Optinally connect freenode.
* Then /quit
* => I saw something like freenode.nicks = "`],`]_" after these steps.
