Details:

This would work like the ^R searching mode: after pressing the hotkey
combination, you could type a part of a channel/window name, and Weechat would
suggest which one you mean, and pressing enter would switch to that window.

For reference, the following script implements the above for Irssi:
http://www.genericorp.net/~count/irssi/go/go2.pl

If this can be implemented via the (dev) script API, I could try that.
