Wiki-like text discussion box: I set the default font to "Deja Vu Sans". The
original was "Bitstream Vera Sans". It's a preference that may be
controversial.

Details:

This patch modifies a few classes in local.css.

Changes include:
Background colour on #content
Changes to the ToC
Special background colour on pre
And a few more.
