This unit was setup by the new Administration of Prof John F. Atta Mills, 
President Republic of Ghana in agreement with the United Nations Diplomatic 
Delivery Liaison Office, Accra-Ghana West African Sub-Region to effect quick 
payments to all their approved foreign contractors owed from the Millennium 
Challenge Corporation grant from the United States. Therefore in consonant with 
the mandate given to this unit regarding the delivery of your fund, you are now 
requested to forward the below stated information urgently, so as to enable us 
commence an immediate processing of the Entry Particulars that will cover the 
delivery of your fund.

1. Your Full Given name and current contact address where the fund will be 
delivered.
2. The nearest International Airport.
3. Your Mobile telephone and fax number
4. Your Company name and position

Note: These particulars should be forwarded immediately to enhance a quick 
conclusion of this exercise; hence the West Africa Foreign Contract Payment 
Panel has taken care of the travelling expenses of the assigned Diplomats and 
the Insurance Coverage in the course of delivering the fund. Also At your 
request, the Diplomatic official will also accompany you to your bank to assist 
and coordinate in the lodging of the funds into your account. 

Furthermore, all legal documents which you will endorse for receiving your 
payment from us has been issued by the Government and are sealed in the boxes, 
copies will be forward to you as soon as we receive your reply to this 
notification.

Further information on the mode of our operations will be released to you as 
soon as you respond to this message with the requested information's above 
confirming your readiness to receive the fund.
