Hello Claude,
I generate all setup files (msvc/mingw 32/64) under windows7 64bits.
I have found a problem: create_bat.exe is a 64bits executable. However
even when fixing it the created setup does not run under XP 32 bits.
Even a simple file compiled with Visual Studio 32 bits does not run
under XP... I cannot explain it.
My advice is : get the source tarball and compile it manually under XP
(look at the file src/WINDOWS and src/WINDOWS64 which also contains
information for 32 bits).
Let me know if you need more help
Daniel

Hello,
Trying to install gprolog from setup-gprolog-1.4.4-msvc-x86.exe I'm
facing a lot of troubles:
"Unable to execute file : create_bat.exe"
"CreateProcess failed; code 193"
"%1 is not a Win32 valid application"
What is the proper way to have gprolog up and running on windows XP
(SP3).
Regards
Claude Fleurey
