Hi!

My latest work seems to have broken nothing (of course :-P), so I've uploaded 
the final 0.30.0 tarball, and a .deb package.

The official announcement will follow this evening, or tomorrow depends on 
possible problems with these packages, though they are similar to the one I 
posted before.
The only changes are in the Help section, and defaulting to Bus "Capture 1" on 
new Track creation.
Oh, and the "make install" installed in /usr/bin which was wrong, so 
it's /usr/local/bin now :-)
