Please be sure the same things are mentioned in
tramp/INSTALL and
(info "(tramp) Installation").
Currently each doesn't mention the existence of the other.
And worse, e.g., ln -s is only mentioned in one. Thus the other half of
the users will never know about it.
Therefore you should use the same source file to create both.
