No, C-g stop tramp, but emacs doesn't close, i have to hit again C-x C-c,
and tramp try again to connect etc...

The only way to close Emacs is to kill the "*tramp/method..." buffer and
then kill the remote buffer(s).

However if one of the remote buffers have been modified and not saved,
it is really impossible to quit emacs (except by killing emacs brutally
of course).
