Log message:
        * tramp.el (tramp-dissect-file-name): Check for multi-method
        syntax before raising an error.
        (tramp-primitive-file-name): Renamed to
        `tramp-file-name-for-operation'.  Docstring enhanced.  List of
        file primitives completed in order to be signalled when a new one
        appears.  All changes suggested by Kai.
        (tramp-file-name-handler): `save-match-data' global.
