I've been looking into python recently however I've not written much more
than "hello world" as I'm too busy and it offers nothing over perl for me.

Reading through the scripts I found Mailman/Handlers/SpamDetect.py which
can be fed a regex and will cause any message with matching headers to be
rejected immediately.

It should be possible to use this to reject anything you want.

I've not got a live configuration of Mailman here so I'll leave it to you
to work out how to feed it a regex - perhaps google will do the rest.
