[Tlf-devel] TLF-1.3.2 Bugfix release

I would like to announce the release of a new bugfix version TLF-1.3.2.

You can find it at:

(Be aware that we changed the main download directory to TLFs savannah
account. All old versions starting from TLF-1.1.5 can also be found
there. The former link to http://www.hs-mittweida.de/tb will no longer
be used for distributing TLF -- old versions will be dropped there in
coming weeks.)

The new version contains mostly bug fixes for the shortly released
TLF-1.3.1 version:

Minor corrections:
    - Add build dependencies to INSTALL instructions
    - check for cmocka testing framework in ./configure and warn if not
      installed
    - Minor syntax cleanup in code and documentation

Bug fixes:
    - Fix segment violation if RIGPORT is undefined in logcfg.dat
    - Fixes some test programs
    - Fix warnigns from clang about taking an abs() from an unsigned
      number

Thanks to all contributors and testers.

As always reports about problems (or success) are welcome.
