It works fine on Windows XP at at least 34wpm and IIRC quite a bit
faster, using the parallel port.  A 3rd-party DLL (DLPORTIO) is
necessary for parallel port CW under XP.

They do tend to recommend WinKey, and that probably *is* the right
answer for TLF.
