[Tlf-devel] Bugs fixed in 0.8.18

Hello all,

finally found some time to fix some bugs:

* 6k2aa/4 would show as Azerbeian (all /number suffixes were broken)
* cabrillo format for arrl-dx test
* cabrillo format for cqww test
* cabrillo format for wysiwig format. Cabrillo can now be generated for most 
anything...

PS: The boat is in the water, freshly painted... this will give me time to 
look at the nice patches I got from Mitko, LY3NY to further enhance tlf's 
capabilities....
