Hi,

I confirm that last commit fixed the bug.
Now my complete OpenLisp shows only ONE bug related to utf8 conversion (probably signed/unsigned char/int issue).
I'll probably have no time to investigate before 24h (I'll try)
As it is the only bug on really huge non-regression tests suite, I propose you do not make an official tinycc release until this one is fixed. There is a chance fixing this issue better qualify tinycc on ARM.

it's specified in 6.3.1.4(1) in the N1124 draft.
Try again with current mob.
