That worked. I haven't tried to use it yet, but just sitting idle, it's not using any CPU now.
This is due to some recent hack to fix CPU issues on some systems and some implementations of usleep() (I guess).Try commenting line 166#define QT_CPU_FIX 1insrc/src/Kernel/Abstractions/basic.hppAnd recompile.--

Even when it's sitting idle, without me typing or anything, it's using 45% of one CPU. It does it even when I do not have a document loaded. That makes my laptop get hot and uses battery power. Any idea what could be causing it?
