Simple obvious changes to add http external links to the PDF don't work.Examination shows that <hlink|bbc|http://www.bbc.co.uk> is managed as a bridge_locus_rep instead of a locus_box_rep so I've got to track how the bridge_locus_rep is typeset by printer.cpp.
I don't know the purpose of distinction of bridge_locus_rep If anyone knows the purpose or meaning or "bridge" please speak out. Sam
