Understanding documentation [was Re: [Texmacs-dev] Understanding <resize>]

As to this message and subsequent messages about non-documented primitives:
if I had time to write the documentation, I would have done that.
Any help on this issue is appreciated, but I am not going to document
primitives on this mailing list: writing documentation seems a better solution.
