Hello Stephan,

In your case, the system variables should be set up as follows.

GUILE_LOAD_PATH=d:\programme\WinTeXmacs
TEXMACS_PATH=d:\programme\WinTeXmacs
TEX_HOME=w:\texmf

In my http://www.dannet.ca/texmacs directory, I have my newest version which 
solves some issues with font compilation. To operate correctly, please set the 
variable 
TEX_TFM_PATH=w:\texmf\fonts\tfm.

Also in this directory, I now have the guile.exe 
program as well for windows.  If the above does not work, please 
download guile.exe into your d:\programme\WinTeXmacs and see if it runs.

What exactly is happening when you run it?  Do you see a DOS windows 
with any messages? Is it exiting right away?

Please let me know, and sorry for the problems.
