In fact, I have just seen that an @image, if not in a paragraph 
will not be flushed right.

No, let's deal about that too.

Imagine something like

   Some text @image{api-figure1, , , Loading the extension, txt}.

The result will have the first line not aligned vertically with the
remainder, as in

Some text [                          API                                   
                         Struct                                
                         +---+                                 
                         |   |                   
....

Should something be changed for that case, too?
