Hello,
I have checked that we force the user of pod2texi.pl/txixml2texi.pl to
use our shipped versions of modules. I think it is bad, distro
packagers should hate this. So I propose to simply use also
USE_EXTERNAL_LIBINTL... in those scripts and only add to @INC if set to
yes.
Do you agree?
