[Synaptic-devel] packages marked for removal

I'm newly working with synaptic on FC3.
When refreshing my package list , I always have packages for removal. 
It's quite strange because the installed version and the latest version 
are the same. And I can find the package in the different repositories 
I've selected.
I do not understand.
Any help is welcome
