The latest khelpcenter now once again has a working scrollkeeper
integration and more importantly it accepts the synaptic manual via
command line:
khelpcenter ghelp:///usr/share/gnome/help/synaptic/C/synaptic.xml
So Michael, you can add khelpcenter to synaptic.
