Thanks for testing the patch. Please give the attached version another
chance :) 

If it still not works, I'll try to get get access to a rpm based linux
distro. Gustavo is on vaccation right now and it looks like he used
some pretty advanced stuff. But don't worry, all functionality will be
there as debian ship with a stock apt-0.5.4 and it all works here as
well (maybe not quite as fast as with apt-rpm latest svn :)
