[Swftools-common] Python 3 bindings for swfdump

Hello!

I'm interested in having Python 3 bindings for swfdump.

IOW, a way to access the internals of SWF from Python 3.

I didn't find anything in place to get them, so I plan to start
working in these bindings, but wanted to ask if somebody is doing a
similar work, or where to start, etc.

I don't even know the structure of the swftools project, so any
pointer is welcomed.
