[Swftools-common] pdf2swf segmentation fault

Hi All,

I am trying to convert several PDFs on Mac OS that were generated from Powerpoint (and have lots of embedded images) to a SWF and each of them fail to complete successfully generating a segmentation fault.

I have seen similar issues on this list but none seem to be the exact issue I am having. For the command and output see here: https://gist.github.com/861984

Any help you can give is much appreciated.
