Uh-oh, we didn't want to see this.  Your libraries and headers match but
they are below a version I can support I'm sorry to say.  I need a
version of at least 2.16 to run.  I don't know enough about Ubuntu to
say but I think they stopped upgrading the libraries in your version. 
It's not for me to say, but you are 2 full versions back, is there a
reason that you don't want to upgrade?  It would be presumptuous for me
to say this just for my app, but you are missing out on a lot of other
good programs because of your library versions.  I wish I could help but
without an upgrade I think your out of luck.
