Chris, my experience with Gpdf2swf is that you have to generate a page at a time if you want individual swfs. Qpdf2swf GUI outputs separate pages but it doesn't allow setting flashversion to 9. Cyril may have to just get used to the command prompt for the time being.

You have to load the PDF into Gpdf2swf first Cyril.  Once you do,
then you'll notice two further options on the File menu,

  Save SWF ( all pages )

  Save SWF ( selected pages )

[ you can (de)select the individual pages of the PDF using a left
  mouse click and judicious use the CTRL key  ]

Problem solved ( you weren't looking hard enough, were you? )! ;o)
