   distributed under the terms of Sections 1 and 2 above on a medium
   customarily used for software interchange"
 
 
I don't quite understand that but, including the source code + the copyrights seems easier to me!

swftools is, at the moment, still licensed under the GPL 2, not 3.

Then add a written offer for the source code to your application.
That's perfectly fine with the GPL (and with me).
