Hi Balaji,
 
The main reason may be the actual PDF file contains the real 3D graphics(in vector) imported which is normally take time to load. You can see the difference in the source PDF file itself. If you zoom using any PDF reader the PDF file, the image will take time to load. Those type of images have 'n' number of bits and peaces of elements and colors. This will affect the rendering time.
 
To solve this issue use the '-s poly2bitmap' command. This will vector images in to bitmap format. This will solve your problem.

I have some other files with more than 400 kb, and if i double click, that is opening immediately. But this file only having this problem. Any reason? how can i solve this?
