Ok ,
what are the steps to create a swf file with toc internal link ?

1. Make bookmark file ?
2. Convert bookmark to TOC (table of content)
3.pdf2swf -s internallinkfunction=_parent.dolink document.pdf -o document.swf
4. swfcombine -o convert.swf rfxview.swf viewport=convert.swf

i did this method , but the internal links are not working . it higlights as clickable but its not moving to the desired page

Please advice.

Use -externallinkfunction to call an as function in your player
