Cristian Rusu asked for any other viewer that wasn't created in sc. Take a look a this viewer. Let me know if you can get it to work. The zoom in/out or 1:1 doesn't work yet.

It currently counts the current frame and the total number of frames. 

Like I said more info once I get home, I can't remember off the top of my head.
