Cristian Rusu asked for any other viewer that wasn't created in sc. Take a look a this viewer. Let me know if you can get it to work. The zoom in/out or 1:1 doesn't work yet.

Any way to do the search, though... it's a matter of implementation in the viewer or pdf2swf needs to do the file differently..basically it is possible currently?

It currently counts the current frame and the total number of frames. 

Like I said more info once I get home, I can't remember off the top of my head.
