I am attaching a list for you to see, butif you notice back on page 1 there is a link on the "mccain logo" in the pdf but in the swf or first page of the e-book and you move the mouse down just to the top of the onion rings you will find that there is a link there.

Looking e.g. at page 1, I see a link in the PDF and I see a link in the
SWF. What's the problem?
