i mean that my server (red hat ,  dual core, 4BG ram, dedicated of course) stopped responding after 3 tryes of pdfconversion, with the file where occur the error i sent you...3 pdf2swf processes pull the server load at 100% and my server stopped responding (httpd, ssh, etc) until the conversion process stop...
 
hope the command you gave me will solve this matter...but swftools rocks anyway :-)
