I tried with the command and it works well.
Is there any possibility for scrolling the document up or down with the mouse scroll?

This should do the trick:
   pdf2swf -z -S -w document.pdf -o document.swf
   swfcombine -z rfxview.swf swf=document.swf -o document.swf
