This doesn't look like the cropping made it through to the
output file. 
How exactly did you do this cropping to 594.56x786.56 ?
In Adobe Acrobat? Or by using pdf2swf's -c option?

It might be a problem with the PDFs CropBox- maybe the new
dimensions are only stored in the MediaBox.
