Interesting. Never saw a SWF containing a SERIALNUMBER so far, either.
Anyhow, it's a dump from swfdump, so you'd have deserialized that tag once…

Guessing from the ID position, this would be an old Flash Generator tag,
probably around since Flash 5.
Also see
http://www.flagstonesoftware.com/transform/datasheets/com/flagstone/ transform/FSSerialNumber.html http://groups.google.com/group/macromedia.open-swf/browse_thread/ thread/dc25381261a64ed4/c51a49995c36e59c? lnk=gst&q=serialnumber&rnum=1#c51a49995c36e59c
This swf9 file has been generated from Adobe's last Flex 3 SDK.

.

"Flash Generator customer serial id and cpu information"

A "swfdump -d" should print out the actual serial number contained in the tag.
[029]        26 SERIALNUMBER
-=> 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 02 00 45 a1 02 00 00 00 ..........E°.... -=> 00 00 40 27 71 03 15 01 00 00 ..@'q.....
Means nothing for me.
I used Flex free sdk to deploy my swfs

Any idea ?
