[Swftools-common] ERROR ID Table overflow

Greetings,

I've seen a couple of posts on the "ERROR ID Table overflow" bug, that I'm also experiencing.
I'm trying  to access the bugtracker http://bugs.swftools.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14
 but I get a 404 error page.
I'd like to know if this bug has already been fixed. Is there a different bug tracking page?
Any help would be appreciated.
