[Swftools-common] Notes about the development snapshot

Hi,

I just tried out the latest development snapshot and noticed a couple of
things.

The lib/devices/render.c and lib/devices/render.h seem to missing from
the tarball.

The pdf2swf doesn't want to compile in amd64 with g++ version 4.0.3
