It should be fixed now in the latest version.

JPEGTABLES are a Flash 3 tag which can only appear once
in any given SWF. So you can't combine two SWFs for which
the JPEGTABLES differ.
The solution was to convert all DEFINEJPEG tags to DEFINEJPEG2,
which doesn't need JPEGTABLES.
