This is due to anti-alising. If you switch your Flash Player quality
to "low", the wrapping disappears. You can do that by right-clicking
on the picture, or in the SWF itself, via ActionScript:

    ActionTAG*a = 0;
    a = action_ToggleQuality(a);
    a = action_End(a);
    tag = swf_InsertTag(tag,ST_DOACTION);

Also, switching clipping on by changing

    fs = swf_ShapeAddBitmapFillStyle(s, &m, id, 0);


    fs = swf_ShapeAddBitmapFillStyle(s, &m, id, 1);

could help.
