[Swarm-Support] Announcing: New archives of Java Swarm and user docs

Hello everyone:

We have made some minor additions to the "Stable Release" page of 
www.swarm.org to make it easier for some to get and use Java Swarm and 
the Swarm documentation.

- You can now download Java Swarm in a WinZip archive, so you do not 
need tar-gzip to install Java Swarm.

- You can now download a zip file of the complete Java Swarm 2.2 
reference book, in HTML (in standard java doc format). Download and 
unzip it and you can browse the documentation without being on-line.

- Ditto for the Objective-C documentation set.
