[Swarm-Support] Where is COM.h?

I'm compiling an app that includes "VarProbe.h" from the swarm objectbase
library.  I'm getting a complie error : defobj/COM.h: no such file or
directory.  I looked in the defobj folder and there is only a COMProxy.h
file there.  Am I missing something here?
I'm running swarm 2.2 pretest 13 on windows XP with cygwin.
