[Swarm-Support] Compile error - can not find -lswarmdll - for Swarm2.2 pretest release 12 |

As a newcomer, I completed the installation of CGYWIN and SWARM pretest release-12. But when I tried to compile heatbugs. I get the error msg:
/usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-cygwin/3.3.1/../../../../i686-pc-cygwin/bin/ld:
cannot find -lswarmdll
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [heatbugs.exe] Error 1
I am pretty sure lswarm.dll.a is in bin folder.
