It seems like that your swarm classpath is not set properly. For
directions on how to set it, please refer to
http://java.sun.com/docs/books/tutorial/uiswing/start/_envVariables.html

You will have to specify the path. You might have to add something like
(assuming you are using Windows)
;C:\Swarm-2.1.1\bin

Were you able to run the "make" (makefile) correctly? If yes, then your
classpath is okay.
